"...following the orientation session, I had what seemed like old programming/anxiety/self-doubt surface that I experienced as a barrage of old unproductive thoughts and fears. The first session gave the sensation/images of a female ancestor being burned in a fire. It was profound to experience Carla processing her pain and claiming there was "fire everywhere!" I knew immediately that this was my great-grandmother who died in an outdoor fire after inadvertently getting fuel on her clothing, a story that had been told me by my mother. I experienced what felt like a powerful release while she was finally able to transition out, and especially as she expressed her love and gratitude for our work. Upon waking up the next morning, I felt like I had literally been wiped clean by "Windex" as seeing a now crystal-clear lining or boundary field inside me. It was like having been desensitized by seeing through a heavily coated glass, not knowing it was so, and suddenly seeing through a clean unfogged body of clear energy. It was very profound and noticeable! Of greatest note in my second full session, (the energy of) my paternal grandfather was present and as I recall, was plagues by guilt, with Carla communicating for him. Apparently he suffered physical injury and guilt from something he had done but had told no one, which possibly manifested as back pain he suffered. It seemingly connected to my own weakened lower back. As he released I felt a tingling and itching sensation in the skin on my mid back, migrating up and outward. It felt as if my own nerves were awakening and signaling activation to a fuller capacity. Since then, I haven't noticed weakness or felt easily strained (in the lower back), and I continue to use proper movement and awareness.
