Your ancestral River session begins with you laying on a massage table, usually face up, fully clothed, except for shoes. You and I clear our minds and calm our bodies by taking a few deep breaths. Then I place a tuning fork gently but firmly on a few pressure points on your body to help stimulate energy flow. Often this is the only time during a session when a fork would touch your body.
Your biofield stores your memories and emotions in the light waves that flow within it. When a fork is activated in an area of your biofield, by striking it on a hockey puck, it will have a clear bright tone where the light waves of the biofield are flowing freely. But when the sound waves from the fork encounter a pocket of energy in the light waves that has been made incoherent ("frozen" or "stuck") by physical or emotional stress, the tone of the fork makes a dissonant sound, and the vibration of the fork changes. The dissonant sounds vary, because each stuck emotion has it's own sound, it's own frequency.
Sessions usually last an hour. This work is most effective if both of us are able to focus and place our attention and intention on freeing the flow of energy in your biofield.
Your DNA contains "stuck" energy from your ancestors' emotions and memories. Their DNA and your own DNA, including dissonant energy from stress, is then passed to your children, just like physical features are passed from generation to generation. This is the "Ancestral River". As you release incoherent energies from your biofield, your biofield will still hold the memories, but the energy is now coherent, in flow. This change in your light waves is communicated to your DNA, it changes accordingly, and you change. You may feel lighter, happier, more positive, able to focus easier. As you make these positive changes, your ancestor's DNA in your 2nd biofield also change, and your children change! You can make a big difference in the world!
